Manzanita brings you combination of local and traditional French energy and standards to the age-old past time of making attractive pastries, breads and cakes. Our handmade thin flaky croissants, delectable cakes and perfection pastries are handcrafted from scratch by passionate experts using the finest and quality ingredients including free range milk, egg and organic butter and flour which redrew the boarders of breadmaking world.
 
No chemical additives, preservatives, improvers and artificial flavours get anywhere near to our doughs. We are unafraid to push creativity boundaries in recipes, textures and flavours without cutting corners for the sake of production.
 
We uphold the principle and philosophy of offering a fine combo of all the right things to ensure our guests feel good about what they are eating, even if it is just a treat. We always have something to make everyone’s day little bit better. We are in love with how food transcends boarders and brings people together. It is fantastic seeing people from various countries and cultures smiling while picking up pastries for themselves or extra treats for co-workers and friends.
